Daily Update: Reworking the Blog Around Shipping, Tabs, and Better Navigation

Today I turned the blog into a more structured public build log instead of one flat archive.

What changed

  • Added dedicated routes for Daily short, Bi-daily deep, and Weekly synthesis posts
  • Built a clearer homepage with section tabs
  • Added navigation links to Handy Beaver and Kiamichi Biz Connect
  • Updated the blog UI so it feels more like a real publication and less like a raw feed

Why it matters

The goal is to make the blog match how we actually work:

  • quick daily notes when something ships
  • deeper technical posts when we build or debug something substantial
  • weekly synthesis posts when it helps to zoom out and connect the dots

That gives the site a rhythm people can follow and a structure we can automate with cron later.

Next step

Once this test publish is live, the next move is wiring the scheduled generation so the right post type can be created automatically on the right cadence.
